Terms of service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of the TraceFlowLens website, hosted dashboard, and ingest API at traceflowlens.com (the service). By applying for early access, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Early access service

The service is in invite-only early access. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed. We may grant, decline, suspend, or revoke early access at our discretion. Submitting an application does not create an account or guarantee an invitation.

Accounts and API keys

Accounts are created by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity under them. Notify us promptly through the Contact page if you believe a credential or key has been compromised.

Your data

You retain ownership of the traces you push to the service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to push the data your traces contain. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.
• Do not probe, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not push data you do not have the right to share, including personal data of others collected without a lawful basis.

The SDK

The TraceFlowLens SDK is distributed separately under its own open-source license. Your use of the SDK on your own systems is governed by that license, not by these terms. These terms apply only when you use the hosted service, for example by uploading traces to it.

Intellectual property

The service, including the website, dashboard, and their content and branding, belongs to TraceFlowLens. These terms do not transfer any of it to you. Your traces remain yours, as described above, and the SDK remains available under its own open-source license.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Early access software changes quickly; do not rely on the hosted service as the only copy of important data. Your local recordings remain on your own machine regardless of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraceFlowLens is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the service during early access.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account and data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or as part of operating an early access program.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
