Who we are
TraceFlowLens is an execution debugging platform for modern AI applications. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Local by default
TraceFlowLens runs locally by default. Your execution recordings stay on your own machine unless you explicitly choose to upload them. If you never upload a trace, we never receive it.

- Account information
- Early access application information
- Trace data that you explicitly choose to upload
- Support and contact requests
- Technical information necessary to operate and secure the service
How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide access to TraceFlowLens
- Manage the early access program
- Store and display uploaded traces
- Respond to support requests
- Improve TraceFlowLens using feedback and support requests
- Communicate important product updates
Data you control
TraceFlowLens only receives trace data that you explicitly choose to upload. You are responsible for reviewing uploaded data and ensuring it does not contain information you are not permitted to share.
Third-party services
TraceFlowLens uses trusted third-party service providers for authentication, hosting, infrastructure, and storage. These providers process data only as necessary to operate TraceFlowLens.
Data sharing
TraceFlowLens does not sell personal information or use uploaded trace data for advertising. Uploaded trace data is used only to provide and operate the TraceFlowLens service.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary for authentication, security, and operation of the platform. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to help protect user information.
Early access applications
Applying for early access submits your name, work email, LinkedIn profile, company, primary role, intended use case, and the reason you want access, plus an optional GitHub profile and company website. We use this information to evaluate and respond to your application and to contact you about early access. It is not shared or sold. Applications are retained while they are reviewed and for the duration of the early access program, unless you request deletion through the Contact page.
Contact submissions
Contacting us through the Contact page submits your name, email, LinkedIn profile, topic, and message, plus an optional company. We use this information to review and respond to your message. It is not shared or sold. You can request deletion of your contact submissions through the same form.
Data retention
Account information, early access applications, contact submissions, and uploaded traces are retained while your account remains active or as needed to operate the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the Contact page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page.
